The Home Buying Education Series continues 🙂 

1. Decide what you want to pay per month (just arrive at a number…your lender will help you calculate taxes, mortgage, and insurance). 

2. If you are concerned about credit, lenders will help you with tips and tricks on how to improve it. Or even if you have good credit, they will help you make it better, so you can save thousands down the road. 

3. If for some reason you can’t qualify at this time, they can tell you exactly what you need to do in order to get yourself in a position to purchase in the future. You can start working on those steps right away.

4. In order to put an offer in on a house in todays seller friendly marketplace you have to have a “Pre-Qualification Letter” or “Proof of Funds if paying Cash” with the initial offer, otherwise, your offer will get immediately rejected.
